General Provisions and Acceptance

Age and Eligibility Requirements

Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions
4.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit on 29bd is ৳300, which applies to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.3 Currency
All transactions on 29bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.
Bonuses, Promotions and Rewards
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To claim this bonus, the following conditions must be met:
- Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount.
- Wagering must be completed within the specified time after claiming the bonus.
- Wagering counts on eligible games only — it may not apply to all games.
- The bonus is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash (before wagering is completed).
5.2 VIP and Cashback
The 29bd VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%), and Platinum (up to 1.5%). Progression to a higher tier is determined by your activity on the platform.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, 29bd reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, and to close the account. Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is considered bonus abuse.
Gaming Rules and Fair Play
29bd is committed to ensuring fair play across all games. The games on our platform are developed by reputable software providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi.
- All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
- In the event of a technical error or irregularity, the relevant round may be considered void.

6.1 Cricket Betting

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

- Conducting transactions using a third party's funds.
- Game manipulation through collusion with other players.

If any of the above activities are detected, 29bd reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the account and to pass relevant information to the relevant authorities.
Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Closure by 29bd
29bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- Breach of these Terms.
- Registration using false information.
- Failure to pass age verification.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- A self-exclusion request or responsible gaming process.
8.2 Account Closure by the User
Any user may voluntarily close their account via 24/7 live chat or email. Before closure, you will have the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance (subject to wagering requirements being met).
